The proposed new development of Regents Wharf is to reinvigorate the existing Site by refurbishing and extensions of 10-12 Regents Wharf to provide additional CLass B1 floorspace with ancillary Class A1/A3 resturant and Class A1/B1/D1 floorspace at ground floor. Demolition of 14, 16 and 18 Regents Wharf will allow for the construction of a new 6 storey building providing Class B1 pffice floorspace and Class A1/A3/B1/D1/D2 floorspace at ground floor. The hard and soft landscaping around the Site will also be reinvigorated to provide a great place to work.
