This sixteen-storey residential development occupies a slender site in the popular London borough of Southwark. A multifunctional ground floor of just 156m² had to accommodate a residential lobby, ancillary areas, a UKPN sub-station and separate commercial unit. All three offices were involved with the project, as we worked closely with architects Allies & Morrison to develop a multi-level piled slab, and used a combination of Revit 2016 and CADS-SW to model the concrete framed structure.
