Demolition of 14, 16 and 18 Regents Wharf will allow for the construction of a new 6 storey building providing Class B1 pffice floorspace and Class A1/A3/B1/D1/D2 floorspace at ground floor. The hard and soft landscaping around the Site will also be reinvigorated to provide a great place to work.
