Bridges Pound has provided design services to numerous developers in relation to the provision of infrastructure to projects. This has included the design of highways, bridges, drainage and services. Infrastructure design has been undertaken for commercial, industrial, distribution and residential developments from a few to many hundreds of acres in size.

We are currently involved in numerous schemes providing Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies. We are also retained by Aviva to provide latent defects auditing for projects throughout the Midlands and north of England. These projects vary in value up to £50million. The Auditing process takes place both during design and construction and assists the insurer’s preparation of their policy particulars.
