We are also retained by Aviva to provide latent defects auditing for projects throughout the entirety of the UK. Some of our projects have even taken us to the shores of Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. These projects vary in value up to £120million and are undertaken by many major contractors within the construction sector. The Auditing process takes place both during design and construction and assists the insurer’s preparation of their policy particulars. We have a number of chartered engineers within our team who are happy to carry out audits of smaller sites as well as major developments.
