Client: Red Construction
Location: London
Architect: Gibberd Architecture
Contractor: Flatt Consulting

This project involved the retention and conversion of Audiology House, a traditional small mansion built circa 1870, and the demolition and redevelopment of the 1923 factory building to rear, to create sixteen residential units. The new block is three storeys high and includes a saw-tooth roof, which maintains the industrial aesthetic of the site. The new steel frame was modelled in Revit 2019 and reinforced using CADS RC3D. Regular clash detection meetings were held with Gibberd Architecture and Flatt Consulting, where Navisworks helped to accurately model web openings and coordinate service locations.
